The Location – You work hard and you deserve this. No car required, just steps away from everything, but without the institutional feel of hotel-condos and commerciality and crowds of the Village shops. Two patios are 100% private and surrounded by tropical plants. They come with umbrellas for shade, chaise loungers and dining tables, and are perfect for enjoying a quiet cup of coffee, good book, cocktail(s), or an al-fresco meal. Walk bike or cart in minutes to the top beaches, eco-activities and dining including the highest rated seafood, ice cream, oysters, and daiquiris on the island. The Siesta Village is just 0.3 miles or 1 minute by cart, 2 by bike, and 7 walking. Siesta Key Beach is 0.8 miles or 4 minutes by cart, or 5 by bike, and 10 to 15 walking. The water at your beach is shallow clear and calm with white quartz-sand tide-pools perfect for sleeping drinking or playing. You can go from the water to lunch or dinner and back to the sand without putting on your shirt and shoes. Support Post Booking – I understand vacation time is precious and my job is to make sure you get the most out of it. My number is the only contact information you need. My units are already at the top attractions on the island. Cars are never required, but if you have one you get a private parking space. Check-in any day of the week at any time using your private door-code. No requirement ever at checkout. Free early/late check-in/check-out, whenever possible. Never hidden fees or solicitations of any kind. No paper contracts and easy booking. I’ll phone you to touch base after booking and the week vacation starts. Five days before arrival I’ll email instructions including your door-code address and guidebook. One day prior to arrival I’ll send you a “Reminder” email with all the same information.

Cleaning – This is a 100% private unit, with a private kitchen, private laundry, private AC system, and private medical air purifier. The unit is deep cleaned with the anti-virals, has its AC filters changed for each stay, and has a dedicated Medify brand medical grade germicidal air purifier system capable of cleaning air in units nearly 4 times this size, and yes everyone wears masks and gloves while working. Further when you enter the unit you will see we have removed excess items like rugs, throws, curtains, and even knickknacks.
Terms – *We do not allow cancellations and all reservation payments are non-refundable, however travel insurance is available to address any issue you might have. *Events or gatherings involving outside vendors or a headcount in excess of the combined occupancy rate are allowed with prior owner approval. A Location Event Fee of $2000 applies to events. A Guest based Event Fee of $23 per guest in excess of the maximum occupancy applies. Events can only be scheduled by reserving every unit on the given location. A parent or guardian must accompany guests under the age of 21. *Pets are welcome with payment of $190 pet fee. * Note: Home can only be rented one time per 30 days due to zoning restriction.
