The Location – You work hard and you deserve this. No car required, just steps away from everything, but without the institutional feel of hotel-condos and commerciality and crowds of the Village shops. Two patios are 100% private and surrounded by tropical plants. They come with umbrellas for shade, chaise loungers and dining tables, and are perfect for enjoying a quiet cup of coffee, good book, cocktail(s), or an al-fresco meal. Walk bike or cart in minutes to the top beaches, eco-activities and dining including the highest rated seafood, ice cream, oysters, and daiquiris on the island. The Siesta Village is just 0.3 miles or 1 minute by cart, 2 by bike, and 7 walking. Siesta Key Beach is 0.8 miles or 4 minutes by cart, or 5 by bike, and 10 to 15 walking. The water at your beach is shallow clear and calm with white quartz-sand tide-pools perfect for sleeping drinking or playing. You can go from the water to lunch or dinner and back to the sand without putting on your shirt and shoes. Just 250 feet from the house to a secluded access with amazing fishing, sunsets, and Gulf views including white-sand cays and North-easterly exposure.
